W.I.C. is a nonprofit program that helps pregnant women, new mothers, and young children learn about nutrition and helps feed them. The goal was to offer their core demographic a gameified app experience teaching them how to choose healthy food options and have fun virtually preparing meal recipes.
What I Did
I worked closely with a team of two other designers on this project. There were several teams creating several apps for W.I.C. and we were one of the teams. I focused on gathering business and user requirements, ideating on concepts for the visual experience, and creating the slideshow.
Tools and Deliverables
I conducted research for the business requirements and user needs and utilized a combination of Photoshop and Keynote for the final deliverable.
Results
The client was very happy with the results of our team and was planning to put the app into development. My team enjoyed the project and the collaboration.
